Hiyori Iki from Noragami Cosplay
I love Noragami so much! Hiyori is precious, and I wanted to make a schoolgirl outfit.
Tutorial: How to Make Hiyori
Wig - Hiyori cosplay wig from Ebay seller, Anangelhair.
Schoolgirl outfit - I used Simplicity pattern 8160 and a purple cotton fabric from Walmart. I lengthened the sleeves and made the triangle on the chest bigger. I lined my top, so it wouldn't be transparent.
Season 2 casual outfit - I cut my white shirt up for this. I cut a v-neck into a white shirt that I owned and sewed blue bias tape around the edge. I bought a blue dress shirt from a thrift store and took it in a bit (it was too large). I reused my elf ears from my Asuna cosplay, and used purple lipstick for the blight.
Tail - I bought burguny wine faux fur from Etsy store Everafterfabrics. I cut out a long rectangle for the tail and an oval for the end of the tail. I sewed the ends together with a machine and hand sewed them together. I wrapped polyfil and string around a 6 gauge wire and stuck that into the tail. On the other end, I bent the wire into a circle and sewed a circular felt patch around the end. I cut two slits into the patch so I can stick a wire through for security.
Yato's Shrine - I used a wooden birdhouse from Joann as a base. I cut up wooden dowels and glued them together to make the red door. I used black craft foam for the offering box, and yellow craft foam for the crown. I also used craft foam for Yato's nameplate. The details were drawn on with pen.
Trouser Socks - Already bought from Amazon
Shoes - Bought from thrift store
Contacts - Colors of the Wind Pink Lady from Uniqso
